maestro* Explorer

Objective

The maestro* Explorer utility allows for maestro*CLOUD users to have access to files in the SharedFiles directory. Users with the necessary authoriztions will be able to copy, delete, and rename files, as well as create directories in the local hierarchy and in SharedFiles.

It is also possible to configure an access to the corporate drive (F:) and the user drive (U:).

Steps

maestro*CLOUD > Maintenance > File Maintenance > File > maestro* Explorer

Copy to...

  1. In the Cloud Computer section OR the Local Workstation section, select a drive first, then a directory.
When needed, display the hierarchy to find the wanted directory.
  2. The directory's files are displayed in the section to the right of the window. Select the file to copy.

We can copy multiple files at once by selecting more than one file. To do so, press and hold the Ctrl key and select the various files.

  1. Click on Copy to the local workstation OR Copy to remote computer, based on the copy's original location and its destination.

If access authorizations prevent the copy, a message to this effect will be displayed.

Delete a File

  1. In the section to the right, either in Cloud Computer or Local Workstation, select one or various files.

We can delete multiple files at once by selecting more than one file. To do so, press and hold the Ctrl key and select the various files.
